1. How do I make a Reservation?
Reservations can be made by clicking the BOOK NOW button on our website. You may also reach us via the Contact Us page or call us on any of the numbers listed on the Contact Us page.
For unpaid bookings, full payment is required with 24 hours or the reservation will be voided. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or by direct bank deposit.
If paying by direct bank deposit:

- Please email or fax a copy of the deposit slip within 24 hours of reservation.
Proof of payment is required upon check-in.
2. How do I cancel a Reservation?
Please contact us directly through any of our listed phone numbers for any cancellation requests.
Bookings that are labeled as non-refundable or non-cancellable are not eligible for a refund.
For bookings worth up to P10,000, a full refund will only be allowed if the hotel is notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 2 to 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date.
For bookings worth more than P10,000, a full refund will only be allowed if the hotel is notified at least 60 days prior to arrival. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled no later than 7 days prior to arrival. NO refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
3. How many people are allowed in each room?
Our rates include up to 2 people per room. Extra guests over 7 years of age will incur an extra charge of P500 per guest per night. Maximum occupancy is only 4 people per room regardless of age. Please note that we do not provide any extra beds.
3. What do I need to bring during check-in?
Guests are required to present a government-issued ID card or passport for registration. For prepaid bookings, please bring your proof of payment (ie. original deposit slip, copy of confirmation email, or acknowledgement receipt). Full payment is required upon check-in. Please note that we also require a P500 security deposit upon check-in.
4. What is the security deposit for?
The security deposit will be refunded in full at check-out unless the guest(s) incurred extra charges or penalties that need to be accounted for at checkout. Extra charges may include replacement cost for lost/damaged hotel property and penalties for non-compliance of hotel policies. Any outstanding balance not covered by the security deposit is due upon checkout as well. Should the replacement cost be smaller than the security deposit, the difference will be refunded back to the registered guest.
5. Do you accept credit cards or direct bank deposits?
We accept cash and major credit cards. Direct bank deposits can also be allowed if the deposit is made at least 2 business days prior to arrival date. Please bring proof of payment for prepaid reservations.

6. What is your check-in/check-out time?
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. No refunds for no shows.
Standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-outs are subject to availability and standard extension rates shall apply.
7. Do you allow pets?
Sorry, no pets allowed.
8. Is smoking allowed?
No. For the comfort of all our guests, we are strictly a non-smoking hotel.
